Tuesday, February 7th is Safeway's monthly Customer Appreciation Day. Get 10% off your purchase or 10 times the Air Miles points (when you spend $35 or more). This week's online deal from Swarm Jam is an interesting one, for $20 get one year of meal planning services from MenuForTheWeek.com ($48 value). If you've thought of menu planning this might be a good way to get you started. Menu planning really is an easy way to save money with groceries and save time (sanity) as well.
 

If you're planning out your weekly shopping excursion you can always check ahead to the Costco coupons and see if there's any great deals to be had each week (the coupons you generally get when you go in the door ... they're available to preview online). We've been able to coordinate trips to Costco based on additional savings via their weekly savings. You can check both Eastern and Western Canada deals here. This week we might be heading in to stock up on batteries, $4 off Duracell AA and AAA batteries!

One of our favs, Well.ca is having a big New Year sale with aHealthy Food Event with 50 great healthy food products on sale (till January 15), plus keep on top of cold and flu season with their 20% off Swiss Naturals vitamins and supplements sale. They also have $7 off Pampers Value Packs (yes, you can find diapers cheaper but if you're in a pinch or just can't get out the door with little ones at home sometimes the convenience makes up for the additional cost of dragging little ones out to the store).

The brandSAVER site has a new coupon portal for their "try it" products they'd like you to give these products a try and have provided a bit of an incentive with some high(ish) value coupons. Every little bit helps, especially if it was something on your list anyway.

Wow, the Facebook FREEBIES are already coming for the New Year! Here's one from Dr. Oetker, "like" their Facebook page and you'll get a printable coupon for a buy one, get one FREE sample of their 50 calorie Mousse product (love, love, love the chocolate!). Grab it quick, there is likely limited quantities available and they'll go fast.
